Assistant Coaching and Volunteer opportunities

The FCBEscola is currently organizing the official FC Barcelona camps and academies all over Canada where we introduce players to the FC Barcelona training methodology. Since 2013 we have covered 8 Canadian cities and trained over 5,000 players in our camps. As we continue our expansion in Canada we hope to instill the philosophy, style of play, and values, which have brought success to this club, into the young soccer players in the country.

If you are interested in working in our camps or academies as an assistant coach, volunteer, or event manager please fill out the form below and we will contact you shortly with more details:

Assistant Coaches

The FC Barcelona Camps in Canada are programs with high coaching standards. At the heart of the club’s technical staff are a team of professional coaches with collegiate, national, and international experience. Our coaches must have the knowledge and experience that would enable them to adequately assist the FC Barcelona coaches in implementing the Barça methodology during the camps. Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience in coaching soccer to young players.

Given the high level of logistical organization and operational efficiency required to successfully run our program, we also rely on volunteers to assist our staff with the logistical aspect of the camps. The volunteers will work alongside the FC Barcelona coaches and coordinators to assure the program runs smoothly. We always have a great team atmosphere on site which assures for an unforgettable volunteer experience. Should any volunteer hours or references be needed, they will be provided by the designated camp coordinator.
